Thomas F. Zuber

Tom Zuber es socio co-fundador de Zuber & Taillieu y se especializa en litigios de propiedad intelectual, su protección y explotación. Thomas posee experiencia en todos los aspectos del derecho de propiedad intelectual incluyendo especialmente aquellos relacionados con patentes, secretos comerciales y marcas. Ha trabajado en una gran variedad de asuntos de diversas tecnologías incluyendo ingeniería de alimentos, equipos médicos, electroquímicos, cosméticos, productos para el hogar, productos electrónicos, hardware, software, juegos de video, sistemas financieros y métodos de comercio electrónico, entre otras.
Thomas empezó su carrera profesional en el departamento de propiedad intelectual de las oficinas de Nueva York de White & Case, LLP y luego se desempeñó en el departamento de propiedad intelectual de las oficinas de Los Angeles de O’Melveny & Myers, LLP.
