Bracha Etengoff

Bracha Etengoff focuses on environmental and other regulatory litigation and counseling, as well as employment and commercial litigation and counseling. Ms. Etengoff provides transactional services and client counseling in the areas of corporate entity formation, intellectual property, contractual and employment matters.

During the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, she was appointed by the New Jersey Judiciary to facilitate loan modification solutions between banks and homeowners that prevented foreclosures.

Prior to joining Zuber Lawler & Del Duca, Ms. Etengoff litigated commercial cases and represented clients in environmental and regulatory matters across the federal, state, and municipal levels. She began her career as an associate with Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, where she developed a trust claims department which recovered hundreds of millions for creditors in complex bankruptcies.During law school, Ms. Etengoff interned for Judge Sonia Sotomayor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (now of the U.S. Supreme Court).
