Michele M. Desoer

Michele Desoer practices in Zuber Lawler & Del Duca’s litigation department, focusing on employment and labor litigation, and general commercial litigation. In addition, Ms. Desoer also counsels in-house attorneys in handling union negotiations, grievances conferences, and employment/personnel related matters, including discipline, termination, OSHA, wage and hour disputes, and EEO claims.

Ms. Desoer possesses over 25 years of litigation and counseling experience, including extensive trial experience.

Prior to joining Zuber Lawler & Del Duca, Ms. Desoer was a Co-Chair of the Employment and Labor Group at Katten Muchin Rosenman.
