A Precision Tool for Better Results

Our litigation partners have achieved favorable outcomes in over 85% of their trials. Our transactional attorneys likewise bring a track record for exceptional results in complex deals and regulatory matters. Zuber Lawler & Del Duca is a mid-size tool for achieving optimum results on high-stakes mid-size matters.

Larger matters that require massive infrastructure should go to mega firms. That’s what the mega firms are for. On the other hand, complex matters that present large stakes in the context of more moderate infrastructure requirements should come to us. That’s what we’re for.

Zuber Lawler & Del Duca is better than the mega firms at managing high-stakes highly-complex mid-size matters. We’re simply a better-size tool for that-size matter.

And we have the results to prove it.

Zuber Lawler & Del Duca’s attorneys specialize in high-stakes corporate, finance, intellectual property, M&A, litigation, and regulatory matters. In addition to our U.S. domestic capabilities, we possess deep bench in matters involving various parts of the world, including Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America, with the concomitant language and cultural skills, including Armenian, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Taiwanese.
