Mr. Boyajian has handled varied stages of arbitration, mediation and appeal. He regularly utilizes innovative technology for effective case management and large-scale electronic discovery projects.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Boyajian researched spectrum auction design for senior economists and counsel at the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C.

  • Financial Litigation. Obtained judgment plus attorneys’ fees and ten years of interest at 20% per annum on promissory note for lender after bankruptcy court denied discharge of debts
  • Financial Litigation. Secured voluntary dismissal of all indemnity and contribution counter-claims against major water utility company based on 1970s-era California law
  • Financial Litigation. Represented famous professional sports figure in multi-jurisdictional securities dispute, as well as in new investments in various enterprises
  • Bankruptcy Litigation. Achieved favorable settlement of claims for former investment bank executive in leading Chapter 11 case despite objections under Bankruptcy Code definitions of “security” and “equity security”
  • Bankruptcy Litigation. Assisted prominent boating-products supplier in negotiating amicable early resolution of disputed contingent claim based on potential safety recall
  • IP Litigation. Secured judgment and attorneys’ fees for pioneer leadership training company against rogue former international affiliate based on willful trademark infringement and copyright infringement
  • IP Litigation. Achieved favorable settlements for U.K. holdings company in two unrelated lawsuits involving famous defendants who copied iconic musical works and sound recordings without licenses
