Angela García Medina
Angela García Medina focuses on intellectual property litigation and prosecution. Admitted to practice law in Peru, Ms. Medina is trained in both civil and common law legal systems, has undertaken advanced education in intellectual property law and business administration, respectively, in Alicante, Spain and Lausanne, Switzerland.
Prior to joining Zuber Lawler & Del Duca, Ms. Garcia was a consultant to the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, addressing global intellectual property regulatory and law reform issues. Ms. García began her professional IP activity as a trainee at the Intellectual Property Tribunal of Peru (INDECOPI) and at a Peruvian law firm which has represented the IP interests of major global corporations.
