Ms. Campos practices in Zuber & Taillieu LLP’s transactional department, focusing on entertainment and intellectual property law. Representative transactions include representation of talent in negotiations with agents and studios; roll-up deals and endorsements for celebrity clients; contract review spanning various markets, including licensing agreements, merchandise manufacturing agreements, and general financing agreements; and representation of a major record company client in a highly-publicized investigation brought by the New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer pursuant to a reform of radio play practices and a recommendation of new industry standards. Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Ms. Campos practiced in the entertainment and intellectual property departments of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, one of California’s premier mid-size law firms. Outside of the office, Ms. Campos is co-producing with Eva Longoria (of Desperate Housewives fame) and others a feature-length documentary on the issue of immigration.
