Bracha Etengoff focuses on regulatory matters, especially environmental and financial litigation and counseling. Her financial experience includes management of trusts and real estate matters.
During the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, she was appointed by the New Jersey Judiciary to facilitate loan modification solutions between banks and homeowners that prevented foreclosures.
She began her career as an associate with Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, where she developed a trust claims department which recovered hundreds of millions for creditors in complex bankruptcies.
During law school, Ms. Etengoff interned for Judge Sonia Sotomayor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (now of the U.S. Supreme Court).
