Gediminas Ramanauskas focuses on cross-border privacy, cyber security, intellectual property (IP), anti-corruption compliance and investigation.  He has more than 10 years of experience spanning 20 European and Middle Eastern countries with IP enforcement and licensing, regulatory compliance, data governance, gap analysis and impact assessments, information technology security risk reduction, web compliance, Model Contract Clauses and E.U.–U.S. Privacy Shield Trans-Atlantic Data Transfer Agreement and self-certification.  He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and Information Program Manager in both the U.S. and E.U.  In addition, he is a registered legal representative for E.U. trademark and design matters before the E.U. Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Prior to joining Zuber Lawler & Del Duca LLP, Mr. Ramanauskas was in-house counsel at Monsanto where he managed privacy, cyber security, IP, transactional and anti-corruption matters throughout Russia, Europe and the Middle East.  Prior to that he was Head of IP & Privacy of Valiunas Ellex, the largest law firm in the Baltic States.
