Mr. Zuber is a partner in Zuber & Taillieu LLP’s litigation department. Mr. Zuber’s extensive litigation experience includes advocacy in both federal and state courts. He represents a wide array of clients, ranging from individuals to public companies, based in varying parts of the country and globe. His experience also includes appellate advocacy in both federal and state courts. Mr. Zuber litigates primarily in the areas of trademark, unfair competition, unfair business practices, copyright, entertainment, and breach of contract. Prior to helping found Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Mr. Zuber practiced as a litigator in the commercial litigation department of Cooper, Rose & English, LLP, a prestigious mid-size east coast law firm.
