Mr. Carr’s practice focuses on patent prosecutions and interferences, and trademark prosecutions, oppositions and cancellations. Before joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Mr. Carr practiced law at several of California’s top law firms. He has successfully prosecuted patents and managed interference proceedings relating to patents for various Fortune 500 companies in diverse areas of technology, including computer hardware and software technologies, global positioning technologies, wireless networking technologies, digital graphics technologies, alternative power systems technologies, athletic technologies, and various mechanical technologies. He also has extensive experience in prosecuting trademark applications, and in managing opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Finally, Mr. Carr has extensive experience in drafting patent and trademark infringement and validity opinions. Mr. Carr is a member of the United States Patent Bar.
