Katherine Eickmeyer’s practice focuses on entertainment, intellectual property and general corporate matters. Typical matters include motion picture development and production; location-based entertainment; intellectual property licensing, assignment and protection; and general corporate matters. She has also represented leading institutional investors in a range of complex financing transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, partnership financings, development arrangements, leases and restructurings. As part of her practice, she regularly collaborates with securitization, tax, regulatory, environmental, real estate, and ERISA specialists. Ms. Eickmeyer began her legal career as a corporate and intellectual property attorney at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.
