Ms. Zale practices in Zuber & Taillieu LLP’s transactional department, focusing on real estate law. Her experience includes drafting purchase, lease and license agreements in real estate transactions for clients, government agencies and consultants. Ms. Zale has also prepared applications and proposals pursuant to CEQA, Map Act and other state and federal zoning laws relating to commercial and residential development projects. Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Ms. Zale practiced in the real estate department of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, one of the 25 largest law firms in the world as ranked by The American Lawyer.
