Kevin A. Malcolm is a corporate attorney with substantial experience handling complex corporate transactions. Mr. Malcolm has represented some of the world’s leading private equity funds, investment banks and private corporations in a wide array of transactional matters, including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt securities offerings, private capital raises, joint venture transactions and senior secured credit facilities.

Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu, Mr. Malcolm practiced as a corporate attorney with the London and Los Angeles offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and the Los Angeles office of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP.
