Ms. Castner practices in Zuber & Taillieu’s litigation department. Ms. Castner has over fifteen years of experience in business litigation in both federal and state courts, representing both U.S. and foreign clients with varying litigation needs, in a wide array of industries. Her experience also includes appellate advocacy in both federal and state courts, including post-trial and interlocutory appeals and writs. Substantial practice areas include intellectual property disputes, unfair competition, business torts, contract disputes, and federal and state securities law issues. Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Ms. Castner practiced as Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, one of the 25 largest law firms in the world. Prior to Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Ms. Castner practiced at Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, Glaser, Weil & Shapiro, LLP, and at Morrison & Foerster LLP, the latter also among the 25 largest law firms in the world.
