Laura Castner practices in Zuber & Taillieu’s litigation department. Ms. Castner has over fifteen years of experience in business litigation in both federal and state courts, representing both U.S. and foreign clients with varying litigation needs, in a wide array of industries. Her experience also includes appellate advocacy in both federal and state courts, including post-trial and interlocutory appeals and writs. Substantial practice areas include intellectual property disputes, unfair competition, business torts, contract disputes, and federal and state securities law issues. Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Ms. Castner practiced as Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Prior to Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Ms. Castner practiced at Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, Glaser, Weil & Shapiro, LLP, and at Morrison & Foerster LLP.
