Ms. Getzler practices in Zuber & Taillieu LLP’s litigation department. Ms. Getzler’s experience includes intellectual property litigation and general commercial litigation. Her experience in the litigation process is vast and varied, and includes drafting briefs, motions, and settlement agreements; court appearances; trial preparation; preparation of expert witnesses; and discovery. She is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Ms. Getzler practiced in the litigation department of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, one of the 25 largest law firms in the world as ranked by The American Lawyer. She also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. During her time at Stanford Law School, she worked at the Hoover Institute as an Assistant to the Honorable Abraham Sofaer, analyzing the relationship between governmental and private reform bodies, and conducting research regarding the International Accounting Standards Committee pursuant to a textbook on transnational law.
