Michele M. Desoer
Michele Desoer focuses on employment and labor litigation, class actions, and general commercial litigation. Her class action experience includes employment, consumer and commercial matters. She has handled wage & hour class actions involving retail stores, security guards, outside sales representatives and food service.
In addition, Ms. Desoer counsels in-house attorneys in employment/personnel related matters, including discipline, termination, wage and hour disputes, and charges brought before the DFEH and EEOC. She also has extensive experience in collective bargaining agreement issues including grievances and arbitrations.
Ms. Desoer possesses over 25 years of litigation and counseling experience, including extensive trial experience.
Prior to joining Zuber Lawler & Del Duca, Ms. Desoer was a Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Department at Katten Muchin Rosenman, and Head of Litigation for a major motion picture studio.
