Mr. Taillieu is a partner in Zuber & Taillieu LLP’s litigation department. Mr. Taillieu’s extensive experience includes litigations in the areas of patents, trademarks, unfair competition, unfair business practices, copyrights, entertainment, antitrust, and breach of contract. His litigation expertise makes him a much sought-after guest on high-profile national and international television shows, including Good Morning America, Nightline, NBC Nightly News, The O’Reilly Factor, and many others. Mr. Taillieu began his career clerking for the Honorable Lourdes G. Baird in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and then for the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the latter representing one of the most prestigious clerkships in the country. He then practiced as a litigator in the Intellectual Property and Technology Department of the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, one of the top 15 law firms in the world as ranked by revenue by The American Lawyer.
