Olivier Taillieu is a co-founder of Zuber & Taillieu LLP and currently sits on its Executive Committee.  Mr. Taillieu’s practice consists exclusively of litigation, where he has excelled as a trial attorney. • A manufacturer, in a high-stakes trademark infringement suit involving household-name trademarks, including successful defense of client through summary judgment to bring about a favorable settlement after almost ten years of litigation in Federal Court;
• A manufacturer, in a battle over household-name trademarks at the U.S.P.T.O.;
• A footwear designer and manufacturer, in a trademark infringement action involving the configuration of stripes on footwear;
• A film laboratory, in a patent infringement case involving injection molding machined for duplication of CDs;

Mr. Taillieu has extensive experience in both state and federal courts and has achieved outstanding results for his clients. His litigation expertise makes him a much sought-after guest on high-profile national and international television shows, including Good Morning America, Nightline, NBC Nightly News, The O’Reilly Factor, and many others. Mr. Taillieu began his career clerking for the Honorable Lourdes G. Baird in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and then for the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He then practiced as a litigator in the Intellectual Property and Technology Department of the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
