Raymond C. Sun

Raymond Sun is a highly experienced patent and trademark attorney. He works with both domestic and foreign clients in regard to various matters relating to domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution. He also manages patent and trademark portfolios for his clients. Mr. Sun also provides management and strategic counsel in complex intellectual property litigation cases, and is especially experienced in providing litigation counseling to large companies in regards to settlement and license negotiation. Finally, Mr. Sun has extensive experience in licensing and contractual matters relating to intellectual property.
Mr. Sun serves clients in a broad range of industries, including those relating to medical devices, computer hardware, electronics, semiconductors, software, toys, household products and telecommunications.
Born in Singapore, Mr. Sun is fluent in Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese), and possesses a high level of experience with cross-border intellectual property protection and enforcement needs.
