Raymond Sun is a highly experienced patent and trademark attorney. He has extensive experience assisting both domestic and foreign clients with various matters relating to domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution. He also manages patent and trademark portfolios for his clients, and has experience supporting intellectual property litigation. Mr. Sun also has extensive experience in licensing and contractual matters relating to intellectual property. Mr. Sun serves clients in a broad range of industries, including those relating to medical devices, computer hardware, electronics, semiconductors, software, toys, household products and telecommunications.
Born in Singapore, Mr. Sun is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese, and possesses a high level of experience with cross-border intellectual property protection and enforcement needs.
