Tristan F. Mackprang

Counsel

Tristan Mackprang practices in Zuber & Taillieu LLP’s litigation department. Mr. Mackprang’s practice focuses primarily on general commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.  He also has extensive experience in litigating disputes regarding breach of contract, business torts, real estate, environmental, transportation, and construction.  His experience runs the gamut from pre-litigation claim handling through final case resolution and, more particularly, includes development of case strategies; preparation of all requisite pleadings, motions, and discovery; representing clients at motion hearings; conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses; negotiation of multi-party settlements; trial preparations; arbitrations; and mediations.

Mr. Mackprang is also actively involved with Corazón, a nonprofit organization that builds homes and provides other services for the poor in Mexico. 

Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Mr. Mackprang practiced in the litigation department of a well-respected mid-size litigation law firm.  Additionally, Mr. Mackprang clerked for the Court of Appeal of the Second Appellate District, Division Three, of the State of California while in law school.
