Ms. Polutan manages immigration matters for Zuber & Taillieu LLP’s corporate and entertainment clients. Ms. Polutan has been engaged exclusively in the practice of immigration law since 1998. Although she has experience with family-based visas and green cards, Ms. Polutan specializes in employment-based visas and green cards, especially the immigration of foreign nationals who are engaged in specialty occupations. Her extensive experience includes the immigration of employees of multi-national corporations, including medical and scientific researchers, computer engineers, healthcare workers, executives, and other types of large corporation employees. Her experience also includes the immigration of world-renowned artists and entertainers, Olympic athletes, and the dependents of U.S. citizens and residents. Prior to joining Zuber & Taillieu LLP, Ms. Polutan practiced at one the largest immigration law firms on the West Coast.
