Yin Huang focuses on IP and regulatory litigation. He also handles IPR and patent prosecution. In matters involving Chinese interests, he often draws upon his fluency in Mandarin.
Mr. Huang’s experience includes the conduct of cases involving electronics, medical devices and chemicals. His experience includes the evaluation of large patent portfolios.
Before attending law school, while earning his B.S. degree in Chemistry, Mr. Huang served as a teaching assistant in the Computer Science Department of Stanford University.
Mr. Huang is a member of the U.S. Patent Bar.
