Mergers & Acquisitions / Joint Venture Attorneys at Zuber & Taillieu
Zuber & Taillieu’s mergers and acquisitions practice is rich and diverse, both in deal size and complexity. As a full service, multi-disciplinary law firm, we bring the full breadth of our practice to bear on our M&A representations. While the primary responsibility for conducting a merger and/or acquisition transaction rests with our corporate department, we regularly introduce to these transactions attorneys from our other departments who themselves have developed substantial M&A expertise within their areas of specialization. These include members of our bankruptcy, employment, environmental, intellectual property, real estate and tax practice groups.
Our deal roster includes a wide variety of:
- Corporate mergers and acquisitions as counsel for both purchasers and sellers;
- Acquisitions and dispositions of divisions, business units and specific assets;
- Purchases and sales of minority and controlling equity positions;
- Cross-border transactions; and
- Joint ventures and strategic alliances.
