ZT Client AAA Development Team, Inc. Wins Declaratory Relief in Corporate Control Dispute

After nearly five years of litigation, Zuber & Taillieu clients AAA Development Team, Inc. (and various of its principals) prevailed in the first phase of trial in Riverside Superior Court, winning declaratory judgment on all claims at issue. The principals of AAA Development Team, Inc. entered into an agreement with defendant Samir Abadir to purchase and develop a large tract of property in Murrietta, CA through AAA Development Team, Inc. Abadir subsequently attempted to assert control over and develop the property himself.

Led by lead counsel and Zuber & Taillieu Partner Jeffrey J. Zuber, after nearly five years of litigation, AAA Development Team, Inc. won on all claims for declaratory relief. In addition, AAA Development Team, Inc. prevailed on the defendant’s attempt to quiet title and seize sole ownership of the disputed parcels. The litigation will now proceed into the second phase of the bifurcated trial to determine damages.
